Nathan Start, Marketing & Investment Administrator

After completing an English degree at the University of Winchester in 2014, I spent some time in London getting industry experience whilst independently studying for the RO exams.

My first year with Andrew David Associates Ltd has been enjoyable and productive. I have been able to work on exciting marketing projects which have included our new mortgage focused website, participating in local events, and establishing connections overseas.

My varied role means I have been able to progress my professional development within wealth management through general administrative duties and shadowing advisers during client meetings.

I am now close to achieving a CII Diploma in Financial Planning which will improve the level of expertise within our business. My ultimate ambition is to be signed off as a financial adviser.

Andrea Start

After studying at College, I started my career in administration, as a Legal Secretary for a Conveyancing Department, within a Solicitors firm, in the Market Town of Devizes, Wiltshire. My duties included general administration and taking care of clients’ files. During my time there, I experienced a wide range of different aspects of Law, including Probate & Estate work, Wills and Criminal Law. I worked there for two years, before moving to Southampton, where I joined a commercially driven firm of Solicitors. Within my time there, my duties were varied and I spent most of my time supporting with the administration of large family estates and landowners.

I had a career break whilst raising my family until joining our business, Andrew David Associates, in 2008. Since then, I have taken care of the day-to-day running of client administration. This covers a wide range of duties, including, client servicing, making sure that regular contact is made with our clients, trust administration and dealing with enquiries. I also look after the Company records, advertising and marketing.

I enjoy speaking with our clients and hope that we offer a tactile relationship, which enables us to deliver a high quality service to our clients, both now and in the future.

Jack Start, Mortgage and Office Administrator

I joined the company in September 2014 upon the completion of my AS Certificates. As the business has developed over the past 8 years, I am currently assisting with the administration of our ever increasing Mortgage Desk, general back office duties and enhancing our client experience.

Whilst I am currently assisting with the Mortgage Desk, I am working towards building up a strong client base of my own.

I am currently studying towards my RO examinations and intend to complete further significant chartered qualifications that will ultimately offer our clients the very highest service within the financial services industry.
